Weight loss man & woman 2023
I have been obese for many years since my daughter was born. It wasn't until after she turned 18 that I started the journey of losing weight health-wise. I had some pretty big problems back then but when it came to the weight control I did not give a crap. Over time the pounds only grew on me. But then Covid hit! Like most, I got into terrible shape. I have been battling with low self-esteem because I thought people thought I was unattainable. My children had always told me no matter what, you're in the right body size. When they were younger they encouraged me, they were young and I still remember that time very clearly. As we sat there drinking our tea I started wondering why it's getting to this point. Just keep moving forward with your dreams! My husband was doing everything he could, so he took up running instead. He would run every day in his neighborhood, around 2 or 3 miles. He didn't want to stop just yet. One morning I came across him at home, he was eating some brown rice. I felt bad and asked him if he wanted any more cereal. He immediately said no."It has sugar on it." He responded. This made my blood boil, I grabbed him by the collar and slammed him against the wall. That little kid was like a rock, he never cried. Instead, he kept shouting, "Leave me alone!" Until now. I can't say I haven't tried. For me, I was afraid to go to the store for food! What do you think? Do you think it took them too long? I can't even believe this is happening... I feel sad for all of you out there! Are you depressed? Or angry? Did they ever think to help you? They can't make you happy, right?

I know that everyone can relate to depression right? You're so far away from what you should be. We all go through things, but it doesn't help to compare yourself to others. Even though those other people are overweight, fit, and slim, they still aren't where your standards should be. Everyone feels ugly sometimes! You got fat, don't worry about it! Stop comparing and start living. Don't get frustrated. Keep going. People who hate themselves know what you're feeling. You deserve it, you can't hide. Now I'm asking you, how much weight have you lost? Have you been to the doctor? If you've stopped exercise have you noticed your progress?
For my family, we had gotten very aggressive with eating. Not trying to lose anything. No one cared if I lost a few pounds. And my kids didn't care either because they liked being fat. After some research online, I found an article written by a fellow named Tanya. In the article, she said that women were less likely to eat healthily and exercise when they were depressed. She also stated that obesity and self-hatred lead some to become suicidal. I decided I'll try her suggestions and maybe I will lose that stubborn belly! Also, she mentions that being fatter is associated with anxiety. Which might be true. Anxiety leads to stress. But also, anxiety can cause insomnia which you can try to help. All these tips may not work for everyone in your situation. Don't compare yourself to anyone else. You're beautiful on your path to happiness. Believe it or not, you are on yours as well. Think positive thoughts and keep focusing. Finally, I will say that I am still determinedly working towards becoming healthier. My goals are simple: To eat better, live longer, save money, find myself, help others, enjoy nature, etc. It may take some time, but trust me, when you reach your dream life you will become stronger.
